Three Spirits will present an experiential workshop exploring the nervous system and how current events impact our energetic state and consciousness. Through guided meditation, sensory deprivation, and open discussion, participants will learn practical tools to cultivate awareness and healthy nervous system responses. This amongst a weekend of other workshops, music, and similar programming.
