Claire is a Flagstaff local, who learned to appreciate the outdoors through lifelong camping and outdoor recreation. Early exposure to bodywork fostered a deep connection to the mind, body, and earth and through self exploration, she found her calling in massage therapy. She has worked as a licensed massage therapist in Flagstaff for the last five years and is certified as a manual lymphatic drainage specialist.

She is honored and privileged to service the Flagstaff community. Combining her intuition, love for the outdoors, and knowledge of the human body helps her provide a safe space to share knowledge of the mind, body, and the Earth, where people can find themselves again. 

Jenn is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator and Sound Medicine Practitioner living in Flagstaff, Arizona.  She is passionate about sharing authentic, lineage based knowledge and facilitating practices that support a return to balance and well-being.  With an extensive background in academia, Jenn values both esoteric knowledge and conventional wisdom, working to bridge the spaces between them.
